What our AI can and cannot do
Our tools can organize owner-provided information, review submitted media for observable features, surface patterns, and help prepare questions. They cannot diagnose, prescribe, perform an examination, or guarantee an outcome.
How we approach evidence
Public Pet Reflections include accountable authorship, publication and update dates, and links to veterinary, public-health, animal-welfare, or species-care sources. External sources provide context and do not imply endorsement.
Safety and urgent care
Do not wait for an app in an emergency. Contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic for trouble breathing, collapse, seizures, severe bleeding or pain, inability to urinate, repeated vomiting, rapidly worsening symptoms, or possible toxin exposure.
Privacy and service providers
Pet information is private by default. Requested features may send submitted information to service providers described in the Privacy Policy. PetCompanionAI does not sell personal data and does not promise provider practices beyond documented terms.
Billing transparency
Current prices, trial terms, promotions, renewal terms, and automatic-payment details are presented before Stripe checkout. Members can cancel without a contract, fee, or penalty.
Corrections and accountability
Readers can report a factual, source, privacy, billing, or product concern through PetCompanionAI Support. We review reported issues and update public content when a correction is warranted.
