Does it work for cats and other pets, or just dogs?
You can create profiles for dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, horses, and other animals. Available tools and the usefulness of their output vary by species and by the information you provide.
Can it replace my veterinarian?
No. PetCompanionAI provides educational information and organization tools. It cannot examine, diagnose, prescribe for, or replace a licensed veterinarian.
What if I have multiple pets?
You can create separate profiles for multiple pets so their information, observations, and records are not mixed together.
How does the Health Scanner actually work?
You submit a photo, or video where available, and the AI reviews it for observable features. The result is educational, can be incomplete or incorrect, and is not a diagnosis.
Is my pet's data private?
Your profile privacy setting controls whether profile and associated pet information can be viewed by others, and share links can disclose the records you choose to share. Review your settings before adding information. Requested features may also send information you submit to service providers described in the Privacy Policy. PetCompanionAI does not sell personal data for money.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel before the end of the current billing period to stop renewal. Charges are final and refunds or credits require PetCompanionAI LLC's written approval, except where applicable law or a payment platform requires otherwise. Account deletion and data retention are described separately in the Privacy Policy and Terms.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible new members receive a seven-day free trial after providing a valid payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected membership begins billing at the rate displayed at checkout.
